BLUEDAG LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the website https://www.bluedag.com and all associated applications or services referenced therein (collectively, the “BlueDAG Service”), including all associated communications with end-users, clients, customers and potential clients or customers, whether through the BlueDAG Service or through related outreach efforts we conduct.

This privacy policy is meant to inform BlueDAG Service users (“you”) of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of data when you use our BlueDAG Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

We use collected data to improve our BlueDAG Service and the services we provide. By using the BlueDAG Service or providing information to us through any other medium, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

BlueDAG Service Providers

We may employ third parties to facilitate the BlueDAG Service (“BlueDAG Service Providers”), to provide the BlueDAG Service on our behalf, to perform service-related or outreach services or to assist us in analyzing how the BlueDAG Service is used.

Analytics

We may use third-party BlueDAG Service Providers, such as Google Analytics, to monitor and analyze the use of our BlueDAG Service. Please note:

• Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our BlueDAG Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.
• You can opt-out of having made your activity on the BlueDAG Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

Links To Other BlueDAG Services

The BlueDAG Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

GDPR and CCPA

Please note that we may verify your identity before we are able to process any of the requests described in this Section, and in our discretion, deny your request if we are unable to verify your identity. In order to designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, you must provide a valid power of attorney, the requestor’s valid government issued identification, and the authorized agent’s valid government issued identification, and we may verify the authenticity of the request directly with you.

Children’s Privacy

The BlueDAG Service does not purposefully address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. New versions of this Privacy Policy will be posted to this page and are accessible once updated at any time.

We may from time to time let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on the BlueDAG Service of updated policies prior to the change becoming effective, and will generally always update the “effective date” at the top of each such policy.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
