BlueDAG’s “Success Stories” document the experiences of public agencies that have benefitted from The BlueDAG WayTM. In their own words, stakeholders describe their progress toward their accessibility goals and the value gained from BlueDAG’s unique tools and guidance.
The El Dorado Hills Community Services District (EDHCSD) serves over 50,000 residents with 254 acres of parks and 281 acres of open space. The District has over 150 full- and part-time employees and an annual budget of over $8 million.
In 2022, EDHCSD and BlueDAG met to discuss the District’s ADA compliance challenges and goals. The District subsequently obtained a subscription to BlueDAG’s Title II Software suite and enrolled in BlueDAG’s Client Success Plan (BlueDAG Launch) to organize their efforts and create a road map for the work ahead. Upon completing Launch, we sat down with members of the District management team to discuss their experience.
